Picture a candle lit in the background, whether you're curled up in bed, lounging on the couch, relaxed in your favorite armchair, or chilling on your porch. 🕯️

All you need is your journal and pen, a light blanket, and an open heart. 📔🖊️🧣💖

We'll be journaling, maybe doing a short meditation, sharing, listening, and truly feeling like we matter and that we are valued - because we absolutely do!

Some days, you might feel like talking, while other times you'll want to simply be present, journaling as you soak in the wisdom of other women.

Rest assured, how you feel will be honored and received with complete love. 💗

It’s meant to feel effortless and spacioussss.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a session with me if we didn’t experience a powerful energy balance - a potent energetic reset to release anything that’s bubbled up to the surface. Just like that, it's gone, and we’re back into alignment again.
